CHAMBAL RAVINES Employee performance reviews hit a whole new low in the badlands yesterday when local warlord Daku Sambhar Singh instituted a brand-new HR policy regarding failed kidnapping assignments.
The task was supposed to be simple:
GO TO THE VILLAGE,
CAPTURE BASANTI,
AND BRING HER BACK BEFORE THE CAMPFIRE DEER ROAST GOT COLD.
Instead, the henchmen returned empty-handed, claiming the village horse was "moving too fast" and that someone was playing annoying background music that threw off their concentration.
Unimpressed by the excuses, Daku Sambhar Singh immediately conducted a live "performance evaluation."

"We offer competitive benefits! Free tent accommodations! All-you-can-eat roasted game!" yelled a furious Sambhar Singh, stepping onto Senior Goon Mangal, who was already lying face-down in the dirt with his tongue hanging out, regretting his career choices.
"And what do I get? Zero results!" Junior Goon Kalia attempted to submit his resignation by running away as fast as his legs could carry him, but Sambhar Singh’s new precision-guided punishment was already in motion.
Witnesses report that Sambhar Singh fired a special heat-seeking bullet which inexplicably sported a mischievous cartoon grin programmed to deliver a sharp, highly specific reminder directly to Kalia’s exposed rear end.
To make matters worse, Kalia’s white dhoti completely unraveled mid-sprint, turning his escape into a comedy of errors.
"I asked for a ruthless gang, not a circus troupe!" Sambhar Singh grunted, re-adjusting his green shirt.
When asked for comment, Kalia was seen sprinting toward the nearest river, shouting,
"I should have taken that desk job in Kanpur!"
The gang has reportedly updated their mission statement to:
"Capture Basanti, or get fired... literally."
