Shipping & Returns

1. Where we ship

We currently ship only within India. Shipping is free on every order, with no minimum order value. We mostly ship with DTDC. A few remote PIN codes may not be serviceable. If yours isn't, we'll contact you before shipping and refund you in full if we can't deliver.

2. Delivery times

Delivery times are estimates provided by our courier partners. They can vary by location and may be longer during festivals and peak seasons. Occasionally, delays happen for reasons beyond our control, such as weather, strikes or courier disruptions. We'll always help you track your parcel.

3. Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you can see its status and tracking details under My Orders. You can also track the parcel on the DTDC website using your tracking number. Can't find your order? Contact us with your order number.

4. Cancelling an order

You can cancel a ready-made order free of charge before it is dispatched. Just contact us with your order number, and we'll refund you in full to your original payment method. Once an order has shipped, our returns policy applies.

5. Returns

We want you to love your bobblehead. If you change your mind, you can return a ready-made item within 7 days from the date of shipment. Returned items must be:

• Unused and in their original condition
• In their original packaging
• Complete with all tags, instructions and inserts

Not returnable: custom bobbleheads, because they are made just for you, unless they arrive damaged or defective.

6. How to return an item

1. Tell us first. Email indiabobbles@rudrasofttech.com with your order number and the item you're returning.
2. Pack it safely in the original packaging. Bobbleheads are fragile, so add extra padding.
3. Send it to:

   Sector 137, Noida

4. Keep your receipt and tracking number. You pay the return shipping cost, and items lost in return transit can't be credited.

7. Damaged or wrong items

We pack every piece carefully, but if your bobblehead arrives damaged, we'll make it right:

1. Take clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging. An unboxing video helps a lot.
2. Email them within 4 hours of delivery to indiabobbles@rudrasofttech.com, with your order number.
3. We'll send you a replacement or give you a refund (excluding shipping cost).

Received the wrong item, or found a manufacturing defect? Contact us and we'll replace it or refund you in full.

8. Refunds

• Returns (change of mind): refunded as store credit for the purchase price, excluding taxes and shipping, within 72 business hours of receiving your return.
• Cancelled before dispatch, or undeliverable: full refund to your original payment method.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item: a replacement, or a refund to your original payment method.
• Bank refunds usually reach your account within 5–7 working days after we process them, depending on your bank.

9. Custom bobbleheads

Custom pieces are made to order, so the timeline is confirmed in your quote, plus the delivery times above. They can't be returned or cancelled once work has started, but our damage policy fully applies. See Custom Bobbleheads for details.
